Responsibilities:
- Help evelop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Assess and monitor children's progress
- Engage children in hands-on activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's development and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current in early childhood education trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children and families.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and adapt to diverse learning needs.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Background check clearance as required by state regulations.

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
